After attending many events over the years , thoughts of change in the stage décor industry loomed over me like a grey cloud.
Décor were visually appealing, but did not elicit an emotive reaction.
I conducted my research and to my astonishment found a gap in the market with boundless possibilities.
The ability to use specific genres of interior to create a storyboard that resonates with its target audience.

One of our brand ambassadors will then co-ordinate a package that best suits your needs.
We like to work minimum 6 months in advance of your event. This is done to make allowances for any changes in that time line.
However in certain scenarios where client's would like a quick turnaround in terms of adhoc hire this normally falls into the realms of commercial contract hire Business 2 Business (B2B).
We can facilitate a more robust approach and agree a fee based on timelines and stock itenary availability.
We are very open to liaise with your Event Management Company, Wedding Planner, or an agreed designated individual from cradle to grave.
Open dialogue is always encouraged to get a better understanding of our client's requirements and introduce subtle recommendations where required for that seamless transition.

Health & Safety
Health & Safety is extremely important to the Arterior brand.
All individual seating pieces are stress tested periodically for payload fatigue and any visible signs of yield point fractures will be removed from our inventory stock and inspected for quality control.
We will be collaborating with renowned furniture restorers who are accomplished in their field and who's level of expertise is unrivalled.
No piece will ever be released into the public domain for contract hire if it compromises our brand reputation and we take this extremely seriously.
All upholstery is professionally contract steam cleaned prior to each hire.
Pricing Model
Our three tier repayment solution is primarily designed for financial peace of mind and to take away some of that stress.
So how this works is quite simple. You confirm to us the event date and venue including any subsequent days for hire at an agreed rate at consultation stage.
The excess charge for damage or loss sustained while in your possession will be determined on what package you agree to.
For Example Sub-Section 1:
your package is valued at £800.00 hire. Your excess will be £200.00 presuming your hire package is 4 units that equates to £50.00 per unit.
So the excess portion will be refunded once a hand-over is completed and a thorough inspection carried out and all deemed compliant based on the terms and condition of hire.
A full excess will only be refunded if the terms and conditions are adhered to set out in the Damage Disclosure Agreement (DDA) and cancellation period below.
We will allow for small nicks here and there, but will not accept the following
- Beverage Stains 🥃
- Cosmetics 💄
- Cigarettes, Cigars, E-Vape, Shisha 🚭
- Food Stains 🍲
- Human Waste 🤮
- Paint 🎨
- Pen Marks 🖊
- Pyrotechnics 🎆
We would like to make it absolutely clear that good business relationships and accountability work hand in hand and that includes finding common ground where all parties are ultimately in agreement and close the dispute resolution.
We certainly don't want to end the relationship on a sour note. We like to show empathy and humility where it is required in these moments.
We are a fair and transparent organisation and understand the dynamics of change to an event.
Please understand any significant change alters the long term commitment and objective to all parties concerned and therefore a cancellation levy applies.
All damage recorded during the hire period will be photographed and documented and attached as part of the inventory dispute resolution.
Damage to Arterior Deco stock while in the hirers possession will lead to calculated deductions made for the repair cost or replacement per unit.
As part of the business review model. All hired inventory stock a Damage Disclosure Agreement (DDA) must be signed by the client in the eventuality of loss or damage sustained during the hire period.
This document acts as a definitive way to identify and forfeit the excess in the terms and conditions laid out by Arterior Deco.
The excess is defined by your cluster hire as a combined cost of each individual piece. This formulates the excess tailored to your package. Please refer to Sub-Section 1 of the pricing policy as a guide.
Management discretion will be allowed on a individual case by case basis.
Cancellation prior to your event faces its many challenges, however we feel a fair and transparent process is needed. Below is a chart which breaks down down our philosophy.
01-59 day's cancellation period prior to the event, we will honour a 50% refund. Full excess refunded as goods not rendered used.
60-89 day's cancellation period prior to the event we will honour a 70% refund. Full excess refunded as goods not rendered used.
90+ day's cancellation period prior to the event we will honour 90% refund. Full excess refunded as goods not rendered used.
This will not effect your statutory rights.
Payment Structure
90 day payment scheme split into 3 equal payments over this period.
1st payment will be requested on the day of the initial consultation and then 2 equal split payments every 30 days until full payment has been settled.
Commercial contract hire B2B all monies will be requested in advance due to the nature of the agreement. This is a safety net for not only the assets owned by Arterior Deco, but the long term strategic growth of the business.

We are covering London and Home Counties only at this stage due to logistics and accessibility.
This will be reviewed based on business growth and the potential to expand market segmentation.
Logistics
As a small organically growing business. Our operational model does not allow for a in-house service at the moment.
We therefore outsource the work until such time in a position to offer a bespoke logistics operation.
This allows us to only offset a small percentage of this cost to you the client. Contingencies like this are factored into the initial quotation.
We do allow you the client to arrange your own logistical support, but the same rules apply regarding quality control checks are carried out to protect our business assets.
